I uploaded Korean style marinated beef dish. This dish is something that I learned that Koreans eat with any beef dish. I found this dish to go really well with any other grilled dish or steak.

Ingredients

Main ingredient Scallion! preferably thick and fresh scallion. Sauce 1T of Korean pepper paste.. the same paste that I used for the Korean style marinated beef dish. Soy sauce. Sesame oil. Rice or apple cider veneger. Maple Syrup Ground pepper.

Directions

1. Cut the scallions vertically.
2. Put scallions in the water for about 10 to 15 minutes so that its stinging taste goes away.
3. Mix all of sauce ingredients and stir it thoroughly.
4. Pick all of scallions out of water, and place them on nice size bowl.
5. Mix the sauce and scallions thoroughly ( with your hand!).

Chef's note

Be aware that since the sauce contains veneger, and veneger takes away freshness of scallions over time, You need to mix sauce with scallions at the very last moment before you are about to serve dinner. If all the pepper is too spicy for you, just put less in it. I like this dish because it is really easy to make, it's tasty and it goes well with any meat dish. I like eating it with grilled pork dish or even lamb. Enjoy!
