Any inspiration on this creation?

When I was in sophomore year of college, I was suffering from little bit of depression, and I didn't have any motivation to study and live college life. I attended a small private highschool in suburb, so I had hard time adjusting to city college life away from family. One day, I had to visit my highschool to get some documents, I met my English Teacher. I was just walking by her saying hi, when she grabbed me and said "You need to have a nice meal with me! I see that you can use a nice meal in your life right now." I was absolutely perplexed, but I thought it would be good to not have ordered food for once. I went to her house next day. She had prepared for me a Pork loin filled inside with variety of vegetable and olives wrapped with bacon. It was one of the most delicious meal of my life and she told me some sweet and supporting words. That meal really helped me a lot. This recipe is inspired from that and it is somewhat similar but I just added maple syrup to make it more tasty.

Ingredients

1 whole garlic (or half if you don't like it to be garlicky). 1 carrot. half onion. 5 baby bello mushroom. half pound of Turkey tenderloin. half pound of bacon. (I used black forest rubbed bacon). 8 table spoons of maple syrup.

Directions

Preparation.
Dice garlic, carrot, onion, mushroom.
I cannot dice vegetable because of my short culinary skill, I chose to just put them all in the mixer and gave them a little spin. ( see the picture with ingredients on the cutting board).
Then I cut bacon in to little pieces. Each piece was about half inch by half inch.
Then I pounced turkey tenderloin so that it would be more tender and thinner. ( I am going to roll the turkey so, it would be easier if the turkey is thin but not ripped apart).

Cooking!
First, Heat the skillet, and pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
When skillet gets hot, place the bacon pieces on it.
Sauté the bacon for about 7 to 9 minutes until it gives out their oil.
Place diced vegetables on the skillet and stir vegetable and bacon for about 10 to 13 minutes.
Bacon and vegetables will give out their liquid and let it simmer for a bit then add 8 table spoons of maple syrup. (enough to cover bacon and vegetable.
Stir bacon and vegetable so that they will soak up maple syrup flavor nicely and evenly. Do so about 6 to 8 minutes until it smells really nice!
Turn the heat off and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
Lay the pounced turkey tenderloin on cutting board or somewhere nice and flat.

This part is where we put stuff on the turkey and roll them nicely like sushi roll or vietnamese spring roll.
Put cooked bacon and vegetables on the turkey tenderloin. Do not put so much that things will rip out of turkey. Also, make sure you leave out about an inch or so on both ends.
Now roll the turkey tenderloin!
Pick it up nicely and put it on the cooking pan, and put them into oven.
Leave them in the oven for about 30 minutes. It might take little less or little more, but cook it until the turkey has color of cooked chicken breast all through out.
( see the picture of them on the cooking pan).
Place it gently on the plate. and enjoy!!

I placed boiled broccoli with this, because this isn't really healthy as you might have noticed. Some nice green vegetables would go well with this.

Chef's note

There was some left over bacon and vegetable for me, but you might succeed in putting them all rolled up in turkey. This is example recipe but, It is simple to make and really tastes good so you might as well just try it! Please be thorough in anything you write. Please be courteous with your comments about the recipe. And please vote! Thank you!
