"Recruiter" only gives you an option to search for a chef. Recruiters cannot post any job postings.
"Recruiter", however, is the cheapest option of the three.
"Employer" gives you options to use job postings to attract Job seeking chefs, and search for a chef.
"Job Guild Master" gives you an option to create Job Guild as well as do what "Employer" can do.
Job Guild is great way to advertise your business and put more information about your job opening.
Job Guild also can attract more people than regular job postings.
"Job Guild Master" is the most expensive option of the three.
( You do not have to purchase any option for the limited time. Every recruiting options are FREE! )

- Recruiting Center

Recruiting center has almost all the tools for you to hire your next chef from AmIChef.com.
First you can create your job postings.(for "Employer" and "Job Guild Master")
You can see all the job postings you have created so far.
You can also see chefs with top recipes who are also looking for a job.
Then, on the left bottom side of the page, you can search for a chef.

- Job Guilds

One of the best tool for your recruiting process is having a Job Guild.( for "Job Guild Master")
"Job Guild Master" can create Job guild to advertise and attract chefs and potential employees.
Job Guild is a great way to interact with chefs.
Job Guilds' creators can use guild post, guild images, guild recipes to show their businesses.
Job Guilds' creators can also create Guild Job Postings.
With more information about the job, chefs will likely search for a job from Guild Job Postings first.
Use Job Guild to your advantage, and you will be finding the best employee for your business.

- Relationships

You can talk to chefs once you have purchased any one of recruiting options.
There are two "relationships" you can have with chefs.
"Job Applier" is a relationship that chefs will request to you to apply for your job.
"Recruit" is a relationship that you request to chefs to recruit the chefs.
All relationship has to be approved to be established.
All relationship can be managed from the "My relationships" page on the user menu.
