Too many chefs do not even get the chance to use all of their talent.
There are too many chefs with similar level of résumé.
Only the lucky ones get the good job and many of chefs do not get the job they deserve.
Restaurant owners often has to decide on hiring chefs with their instinct!

We can all solve this problem together!
This problem is caused by having résumé as a only judging tool of a chef.
Chefs should be able to show off their culinary skills.

Those add much more robust way of showing chef's ability than mere Résumé.
